Hi, I’m Ximena, the founder of Krave Cookies. My journey with insulin resistance led me to seek out healthier alternatives to the foods I love, and from that, Krave was born. In Monterrey, Mexico, I set out to prove that better ingredients could still deliver incredible flavor, creating cookies that are vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and free of refined sugar.
What started in a small kitchen has now grown into a beloved brand that celebrates indulgence without guilt. I’m passionate about baking treats that are not only delicious but support a healthier lifestyle—because eating well should feel just as good as it tastes.
